GENERAL BILL by Sobel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dockery
Tanning Facilities/Use by Minors [SPSC]; Requires the parent or legal guardian of a minor to sign a written statement before the minor is allowed to use a tanning device. Provides requirements for the written statement. Revises the age at which a minor is allowed to use a tanning device. Prohibits a minor younger than a certain age from using a tanning device at a tanning facility. Deletes provisions authorizing the use of a tanning device by certain minors if accompanied by a parent, etc.
