False Impersonation of a Law Enforcement Officer [SPSC]; Provides that the unlawful display of blue lights is a misdemeanor of the first degree. Provides that unlawfully wearing, displaying, selling, transferring, or giving away specified indicia of authority of a criminal justice agency, or unlawfully owning or operating a motor vehicle marked with such indicia, is a felony of the third degree rather than a misdemeanor of the first degree. Provides penalties, etc.
