SB 7032: Baseball Spring Training Facilities
PROPOSED BILL by Commerce
Baseball Spring Training Facilities; Amends provisions relating to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development and the distribution of certain tax proceeds. Deletes provisions relating to funding facilities for retained spring training franchises. Authorizes certain units of local government to apply for certification to receive funds for a facility for a retained spring training franchise, etc.
