Broadband Internet Service; Authorizes DMS to engage in certain activities related to assessing need for broadband Internet service in state, planning for such service, & encouraging statewide deployment of such service; authorizes DMS to apply for & accept certain funds; authorizes department to enter into contracts; authorizes department to establish committees or workgroups, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
