CS/SB 720: Physician Practice [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation ; Peaden ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Oelrich ; Sobel
Physician Practice [SPSC]; Revises provisions regarding board certification of a physician as a specialist. Provides that a supervising physician may not be required to review and cosign a physician assistant's charts or medical records. Deletes certain supervisory physician requirements related to prescribing and dispensing medications noted in appropriate medical records, etc.
