Direct-Mail Marketing Solicitations; Requires DOACS to establish & maintain by specified date statewide "do not mail" registry to contain list of consumers who do not wish to receive direct-mail marketing solicitations; provides procedures by which person may place name on registry; requires DOACS to provide registry to direct-mail marketer upon request; requires marketer to provide certain information & pay fee established by rule, etc.
