GENERAL BILL by Gaetz
Health Care Information [SPSC]; Authorizes the release of patient records to certain additional health care practitioners or providers. Authorizes a health care provider to release or access an identifiable health record without the patient's consent in an emergency. Authorizes the results of a clinical laboratory test to be sent to certain health care practitioners or providers involved in the care or treatment of a patient, etc.
