SB 902: Public Health [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Deutch
Public Health [SPSC]; Changes the name of the Florida Public Health Foundation, Inc., to the Florida Public Health Institute, Inc. Deletes the duties of the institute to facilitate communication between biomedical researchers and health care providers, to provide an annual report of its finances, and to provide an annual report of its activities to the Governor and the Florida Center for Universal Research to Eradicate Disease, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
