Sexual Battery; Requires each law enforcement officer who investigates alleged sexual battery incident to assist victim in obtaining necessary medical treatment, forensic examination, & crisis-intervention services; requires law enforcement officer to provide certain information to victim; directs that standard notice of rights & remedies be developed & include certain information.
