GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Banking and Insurance ; Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Negron
Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services Act [CPSC]; Revises qualifications for the membership of the Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services. Authorizes the waiver of certain provisions during a state of emergency. Authorizes fees for certain inspections of licensees. Prohibits the issuance or renewal of a license to an applicant that has specified criminal records under certain circumstances. Authorizes a licensing authority of the DFS to adopt rules, etc.
