Public School Math/Science Instructional Materials; Creates Florida Center for World Excellence in Mathematics & Science to provide for review of mathematics & science instructional materials; provides duties of center to include recommendations to Commissioner of Education of instructional materials for use in K-12 public schools beginning with 2011-2012 school year, etc.
