Medical Telecommunications and Transportation; Deletes requirement that person who applies to be certified or is certified as emergency medical technician, paramedic, 911 emergency dispatcher, emergency medical technician, or paramedic must complete educational course approved by DOH regarding HIV/AIDS, etc.
