GENERAL BILL by Rich
State Budgeting & Planning/DOH/DOC [WPSC]; Provides that the limitation on the total number of authorized positions within a state agency or an entity of the judicial branch does not apply to certain positions within the DOH. Deletes the exception for requesting additional positions within the DOC in excess of the number of positions authorized for the 2009-2010 fiscal year.
