GENERAL BILL by Richter
Mortgage Guaranty Insurers/Surplus Requirements [CPSC]; Authorizes the Commissioner of Insurance Regulation to permit a temporary exception to certain requirements under certain circumstances. Revises authority of the Office of Insurance Regulation to take action against a noncomplying insurer under certain circumstances.
