GENERAL BILL by Negron

Government Liens [SPSC]; Requires certain fines or liens to be recorded in order to constitute a property lien. Authorizes counties and municipalities to provide by ordinance that certain property conditions are code violations subject to enforcement actions. Specifies nonapplication of certain emergency repair action requirements to certain enforcement procedures. Authorizes appeal of recorded liens, etc.
