Medicaid Rural County Pilot Project [SPSC]; Authorizes the AHCA to seek a Medicaid pilot project waiver. Provides duties and responsibilities of the agency and the boards of county commissioners with respect to implementing the project. Provides conditions under which a rural county may provide health care if a federal health reform plan is adopted, etc.
