Window Sunscreening Exclusions [CPSC]; Excludes vehicles operated by persons with certain medical conditions from certain restrictions. Excludes vehicles owned or leased by private investigative agencies or private investigators from certain restrictions. Provides rulemaking authority to the HSMV regarding sunscreening restrictions.
