GENERAL BILL by Storms

Education of Children with Disabilities [SPSC]; Cites this act as the "Disabilities in Education Act." Requires minimum training for child care personnel to include the identification and care of children with developmental disabilities. Revises requirements for student eligibility to participate in the John M. McKay Scholarships for Students with Disabilities Program. Requires regional autism centers to provide certain support for serving children with developmental disabilities, etc.
