Pub. Rec./Code of Ethics/Commission on Ethics [GPSC]; Provides an exemption from public records requirements for a determination by the Commission on Ethics regarding an information or a referral of an alleged violation of the Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees. Provides an exemption from public meetings requirements for any proceeding conducted by the commission or a local Commission on Ethics and Public Trust pursuant to such information or referral, etc.
