Temporary and Concurrent Custody of a Child [SPSC]; Provides that parent assigned to military service on orders in excess of specified period may designate person to exercise time-sharing on parent's behalf; limits who may be designated; provides for expedited hearings; requires servicemember & nonmilitary parent to cooperate to resolve issues & share information, etc.
