SB 2726: Small Businesses [CPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Siplin

Small Businesses [CPSC]; Authorizes small businesses to submit bids, proposals, and replies for portions of bundled contracts. Authorizes agencies to award separate contracts for portions of a bundled contract under certain circumstances. Requires agencies to award a specified percentage of contracts to small businesses. Requires the Florida Small Business Advocate to submit an annual report on small business participation in contracting, etc.
