GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Bennett

Domestic Security [EPSC]; Specifies the military installations, and the local governments associated with those bases, to which certain provisions of the act apply. Authorizes the Florida Council on Military Base and Mission Support to recommend changes to military installations and local governments. Revises provisions related to seaport security. Authorizes the Adjutant General to employ a second Assistant Adjutant General for Army, etc.
