SB 494: Pretrial Detention and Release
GENERAL BILL by Smith
Pretrial Detention and Release; Requires all pretrial release programs established by ordinance of a county commission or by administrative order of a court to facilitate the release of defendants from pretrial custody to conform to the policies and restrictions established in the act. Requires that the defendant meet certain specified criteria in order to be eligible for pretrial release, etc.
