GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Travel Buying Clubs and Travel Buying Services [CPSC]; Authorizes a person who has elected to become a member of a travel buying club or travel buying service to cancel the membership within a specified period. Requires the travel buying club or travel buying service to hold in escrow the membership fee paid by the person until the end of the cancellation period, etc.
