Trust Funds [WPSC]; Provides for deposit of specified fees into State Courts Revenue Trust Fund rather than state court's Operating Trust Fund; provides for deposit of bad check diversion program fees into State Attorneys Revenue Trust Fund; provides for deposit of certain court costs after criminal convictions into State Attorneys Revenue Trust Fund rather than state attorney's grants & donations trust fund; transfers certain fund balances to conform.
