GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Jones

Pari-mutuel Wagering [CPSC]; Exempts pari-mutuel wagers at pari-mutuel facilities that do not operate slot machines from the tax on handle. Imposes a surcharge on pari-mutuel licensees that do not operate slot machines if the taxes on slot machine revenue are less than a certain amount. Revises the amounts that greyhound and jai alia permitholders that operate cardrooms must use to supplement greyhound purses or jai alai prize money, etc.
