GENERAL BILL by Health and Family Services Policy Council ; Military and Local Affairs Policy Committee ; Stargel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Van Zant
Community Residential Homes; Prohibits certain rules adopted by APD from restricting number of facilities designated as community residential homes located within planned residential community; defines terms "planned residential community" & "sober house transitional living home"; provides that community residential homes located within planned residential communities may be contiguous to one another, etc.
