PROPOSED BILL by Finance and Tax
Working Waterfront Property; Defines terms. Specifies property that is eligible for classification as working waterfront property. Requires the assessment of working waterfront property based on current use. Requires an application for classification of property as working waterfront property. Authorizes a property appraiser to approve an application that is not filed by a certain deadline due to extenuating circumstances, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
