Outdoor Theaters; Repeals provisions relating to access to public roads from outdoor theaters; removes provisions for entrances, exits, enclosures, vehicle storage, screen orientation, tower location, & driveway lighting; removes requirements for qualifying certificate to prove compliance with agency regulations prior to issuance of occupational license by tax collector.
