PROPOSED BILL by Banking and Insurance
OGSR/Florida Self-Insurers Guaranty Association; Repeals a provision relating to an exemption from public records requirements for certain records of the Florida Self-Insurers Guaranty Association, Incorporated, and an exemption from public meetings requirements for certain meetings of the association's board of directors or a subcommittee of the board. Saves the exemptions from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act. Deletes provisions that provide for repeal of the exemptions.
