PROPOSED BILL by Commerce
Qualified Target Industry Tax Refund Program; Provides legislative findings and declarations for the tax refund program for qualified target industry businesses. Revises the definitions of terms applicable to the program. Revises the criteria for the OTTED and Enterprise Florida, Inc., to use in identifying target industries. Conforms cross-references to changes made by the act. Deletes ad valorem taxes from the types of taxes that may be refunded under the program, etc.
