SB 1296: Enterprise Zones
GENERAL BILL by Detert
Enterprise Zones; Advances the date of the expiration of the Florida Enterprise Zone Act. Provides for the expiration of a provision to conform to the expiration of the Florida Enterprise Zone Act which authorizes the governing body of a county or municipality containing an enterprise zone to make a funding request for capital improvements relating to crime prevention under certain circumstances. Provides that the repeal of the Florida Enterprise Zone Act does not affect the availability of certain tax credits or tax refunds, etc.
