Board of Governors/Student Body President; Proposes amendment to s. 7, Art. IX of State Constitution to remove president of Florida Student Association, or equivalent, as member of Board of Governors of State University System & to require that Governor appoint state university student body president to Board of Governors; requires that state university student body president shall be one of 15 citizen members appointed to Board of Governors by Governor, except that state university student body president is not subject to confirmation by Senate & term of appointment is 1 year, etc.
