CS/SB 1432: County Government Funding
GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Fasano
County Government Funding; Provides circumstances under which a board of county commissioners may use certain revenues to reduce the proposed millage rate for ad valorem taxes. Defines the term "eligible county." Specifies that county eligibility must be determined annually and exercised for a limited time. Prohibits the use of certain revenues for such purposes.
