Assault or Battery of a Law Enforcement Officer; Requires FDLE to issue blue alert if law enforcement officer has been killed, suffered serious bodily injury, or been assaulted & suspect has fled scene, or if law enforcement officer is missing while in line of duty; requires that blue alert be disseminated on emergency alert system through specified means; provides that emergency traffic information may take precedence over blue alert information.
