GENERAL BILL by Judiciary Committee ; Civil Justice Subcommittee ; Steube
Judiciary; Repeals provisions relating to regular terms of Supreme Court; repeals provisions relating to terms of circuit courts; allows Supreme Court to set terms of court for Supreme Court, district courts of appeal, & circuit courts; provides that appellate courts may withdraw mandate within 120 days after issuance; conforms provisions.
