CS/SB 854: Production and Shipment of Wine

GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Tourism ; Negron

Production and Shipment of Wine; Authorizes the direct shipment of wine into and within this state for personal consumption only. Requires licensure of winery shippers by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. Provides license requirements. Requires recipients of a direct shipment of wine to be at least 21 years of age. Requires proof of age of a recipient. Provides for the payment of taxes, a monthly report, and recordkeeping by winery shippers, etc.
