PROPOSED BILL by Budget
Kindergarten Through Grade 12 Education Funding; Requiring that any contract or employment agreement, or renewal or renegotiation of an existing contract or employment agreement, entered into by a school district with an officer, agent, employee, or contractor which contains a provision for severance pay include provisions in s. 215.425, F.S., relating to limitations on extra compensation, bonuses, and severance pay, etc.
Effective Date: except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1, 2012
