Prohibited Discrimination; Citing this act as the "Competitive Workforce Act"; revising provisions to include sexual orientation and gender identity or expression as impermissible grounds for discrimination; specifying when an individual has an impairment for certain purposes; revising provisions to include sexual orientation and gender identity or expression as impermissible grounds for discrimination in public lodging establishments and public food service establishments, etc.
