Human Trafficking; Prohibits employment of minors in adult theaters; requires adult theaters to verify ages of employees & independent contractors & maintain specified documentation; eliminates statute of limitations for prosecutions under specified human trafficking provision; revises penalties for various human trafficking offenses; provides legislative intent concerning prosecutions of certain offenses by adults involving minors; revises penalties for various prostitution offenses; repeals certain prostitution offenses involving minors; provides for expunction of criminal history records of certain criminal charges against victims of human trafficking that did not result in convictions; requires destruction of investigative records related to such expunged records; conforms provisions.
