GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Committee ; Health Quality Subcommittee ; Hudson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Boyd ; Cummings ; Danish ; Dudley ; Pigman ; Renuart ; Young

Emergency Allergy Treatment; Expands provisions to apply to all emergency allergy reactions, rather than to insect bites only; authorizes certain health care practitioners to prescribe epinephrine auto-injectors to authorized entity; authorizes such entities to maintain supply of epinephrine auto-injectors; authorizes certified individuals to use epinephrine auto-injectors; authorizes uncertified individuals to use epinephrine auto-injectors under certain circumstances; provides immunity from liability.
