Care for Retired Law Enforcement Dogs; Designates act as "Care for Retired Law Enforcement Dogs Program Act"; provides legislative findings; creates such program within FDLE; requires FDLE to contract with corporation not for profit to administer program; provides criteria therefor; provides specific procedures for how funds will be disbursed for veterinary care of eligible retired law enforcement dogs; limits amount of funds available for eligible retired law enforcement dog in any one year; provides for deposit of program funds; provides for reversion of funds to FDLE; provides for carryforward of unexpended appropriations for use in program up to certain limits; provides for rulemaking; provides annual appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $300,000
