School Health Services Program; Requires county health departments to develop school-located influenza vaccination program, subject to available funds & to contract with local health care practitioners or private entity to administer program; provides for administration of program; requires parental consent for immunization of children; requires Emerging Pathogens Institute to provide training & support & evaluation data to county health departments, DOH, & public.
