Labor Pools; Revises methods by which labor pool may compensate day laborers; requires labor pools to offer payment by EFT in certain circumstances; provides employee protections when labor pool elects to use certain methods to pay wages; authorizes labor pool to deliver an electronic wage statement upon employee request.
