Medical Gas; Creates new part that regulates manufacturers & wholesale distributors of medical gases & medical oxygen retail establishments; provides permit requirements; provides minimum requirements for storage & handling of gases, patient information, facility security, & packaging; provides requirements for recordkeeping; establishes violations and penalties for violations.
