PROPOSED BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability
State Technology; Repealing provisions relating to the Agency for Enterprise Information Technology within the Executive Office of the Governor; creating the Agency for State Technology within the Department of Management Services; providing for a state data center and the duties of the center; deleting duties for the Agency for Enterprise Information Technology, etc.
Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1, 2014
