GENERAL BILL by Passidomo
Elections; Requires DOS to develop online voter registration system; revises methods for identifying elector at polling place; revises time by which certain signature updates must be received by supervisor; revises provisions regarding provision of sample ballots & daily ballot information; provides that cities may conduct mail elections; provides that supervisor shall designate early voting sites in certain special elections; revises provisions relating to use & canvassing of federal write-in absentee ballot; provides that certain special district & CDD elections be conducted during primary election.
