Public Records/Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for criminal or civil intelligence or investigative information, or any other information, held by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as part of an investigation with another state or federal regulatory, administrative, or criminal justice agency; providing exceptions to the public records exemption; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming a law if SB 1444 or similar legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes law
