Alcoholic Beverages; Revising the classification of a specified distributor; requiring distributors licensed to sell and distribute wine or distilled spirits to sell and distribute wine or distilled spirits to all persons licensed or registered to sell such beverages; requiring a specified distributor to sell and distribute wine or distilled spirits in like quantities and prices and to provide like delivery services to all persons licensed or registered to sell them; providing that a vendor may sell to any person alcoholic beverages on which excise taxes are paid without being licensed by the division as a distributor, etc.
