GENERAL BILL by Appropriations Committee ; Criminal Justice Subcommittee ; Ingram ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Adkins

Illicit Drugs; Revises definitions relating to controlled substances; revises schedules of controlled substances; provides additional factors to be considered in determining whether substance is controlled substance analog; revises how controlled substance analog is treated for purposes of drug abuse prevention & control; authorizes local actions to abate nuisances involving two or more violations of Florida Drug & Cosmetic Act within specified period; specifies additional substances that may be deemed contraband; revises lists of precursor & essential chemicals; specifies that crimes involving misbranded drugs are "racketeering activity" for purposes of Florida RICO Act; reenacts numerous provisions.
